Meet Carlton
Carlton Davis is a business founder, four-time COO, Integrator, and AI consultant who has helped organizations grow from startup stage to $87 million in annual revenue. His background spans marketing, software, engineering, logistics, and retail, with leadership experience across teams ranging from 10 to 600 people.
Before focusing on AI, Carlton spent decades solving operational challenges, scaling teams, improving processes, and helping organizations execute through change. That experience shapes his approach to AI: practical, plain-English, and grounded in how businesses actually work.
Based in Nashville, Carlton is active in the local AI and entrepreneurial community. He advises founders through the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, serves on the Nashville Chamber of Commerce AI Innovation Committee, and has spoken for conferences, associations, leadership groups, boards of directors, and business events on practical AI adoption and the future of AI in business.
Carlton has completed generative AI training and hands-on coursework across leading platforms including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and other AI tools.
